Here is the sketch:-
And here is what I have made:-
I have made this new shopping bag from an old skirt..:) :) Wonderful what you can do from old clothes..lol
I just cut the sections - 2 squares, 3 rectangles and two thin long sections for the handles then used fabric glue to glue it altogether. :)
I stamped Belinda shopping on to a small section of the material and coloured her - this is now a wee pocket on the front of the bag. :)
The stitched flowers were already on the skirt so I painted some in and added a bit of glitter - thought they made a nice background for Belinda. :)
I added sections of ribbons to the bag to follow the sketch. :)
I used 4 large brads to hold the handles in place. :) :)
I am also entering this into the C.R.A.F.T. challenge too and it is their first challenge this week - this is what they wrote:-
Well as we are a new challenge blog, we need you to create something to do
Now how you interpret that is purely upto you but for some ideas,
New Home, New Baby, New Marriage, New Job, you get the idea.

I have named her June. :)
I shall be donating £1.00 for every stamp sold to the Cancer Research Charity.
She is quite a versatile stamp in that the Text is actually seperate to the image and so she can be used for Congrats, Good Luck, Well done etc. I have left the banner blank for you to use as you wish :)
June shall be available for pre-order from Monday 18th May - orders shall be dispatched on the 25th May. ;)
She is of course available to buy from The Crafty Pad
The price for the June stamp is £3.00
The sun was shining so let's see something 'Shine' on your cards. You may interpet this whichever way you please, i.e. metallic, glitter, image of the sun shining etc. :)
I have used my Butterfly stamps for this card and stamp directly onto beautiful metallic embossed Kay & Co paper. Used a gorgeous big flower (which reminds me of the sun) and a metallic brad in the centre of it. Also used a bling buckle. ;)
There is a crafty pad stamp of your choice for the winner this week - poop over to The Crafty Pad for the full details. :)
Would be great to see you there and the sale is still running - so you may grab yourself a bargain. :)
Please do pop over if only to see the wonderful creations by the fabulously talented DT team...they are brilliant. :)
